Want to live on Lake Sinclair but prefer a brick home and can't find one?
It is rare to find a brick home on Lake Sinclair. Just and educated guess, but I'd say less than 1% of homes on Lake Sinclair are brick.
This brick home is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath with a very nice screened porch over looking the lake. It's also a large 1.64 acre lot with 180 feet of shoreline. It's a fee simple (owned) lot in an area where many of the lots are Georgia Power lease lots. There is a seawall and boathouse and the lot if very gentle sloping from the house to the lake.
It's located on the NE portion of Lake Sinclair in Putnam County (which has the lowest property taxes of any country bordering Lake Sinclair) and is convenient to the Lake Oconee area as well as it's just a few short miles off highway 16. It's also very close to Oconee Springs Park that has a store and gas for your boat. It's priced great for such a nice house on a large beautiful lot. I have a special fondness for this house as I know the first owners (who built the house) Their granddaughter used to work for me.
