PAPA presents - A Chorus Line at The Plaza Arts Center

Plaza Alliance for the Performing Arts (PAPA) presents, "A Chorus Line," a stage production of the Tony Award-winning musical.  July 28-29 at 7 p.m. and July 30 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $20 for preferred seating. Preferred seating is in rows A-F and the first row of the balcony. Note there are no reserved seats, only preferred seating sections.

Original Broadway production by the New York Shakespeare Festival, Joseph Papp, Producter, in association with Plum Productions, Inc.  Originally co-choreographed by Bob Avian. Special arrangement with Tams-Witmark Music Library, Inc. in New York.

It opened at the Shubert Theatre on Broadway July 25, 1975. It receieved twelve Tondy Award nominations and won nine, in addition to the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for  drama. It ran for 6137 performances holding the longest running record until surpased by Cats in 1997.  It remains the sixth longest running Broadway show ever today.
