The best news we've seen in a long time... mid month and 9 closings on Lake Sinclair with an average day on market of 156... which is way down. Hopefully the last 10 days of the month will have more closings. I know it will have one more on the lake. Average price is down a little, but not much. There are currently 310 homes available on Lake Sinclair putting it just under a 3 year supply. Hopefully with the number of pendings there are right now the inventory will begin to thin out which will help sellers with some price recovery.
Prices have been stable for about 15 months now, but no real signs of increases. I don't expect the prices to continue to stay flat much longer because the number of foreclosures in our area has been drastically reduced.
