I always like to take a peek at the numbers sometimes around the middle of the month to see what we're going to have to accomplish to get where we need to be.
We are closing in on half of last years just over half way through the month. So here is a snipit graph of where the numbers are currently.

- Average days on the market 99
With 6 sold and 18 pending I think in the next 11 days we might get to the 13 to tie last year for the month of October. The days on the market are down. The average selling price is down by about $40,000. Of course all of that data has time to change. Lots of people schedule their closings at or near the end of the month to avoid a big pre-paid interest payout at closing.
You can expect the full October market report with 5 complete years on the graph showing the numbers sometime before the mid month in November.
