For those of you who follow my market reports, I finally got around to pulling my data for July today. We've been super busy (which is great) and I plan to get that full report posted tomorrow. But I also went ahead and pulled the data for my mid month snapshot today too. The snap shot is getting posted first because it's not as in-depth of an analysis of the date.
The Day on Market are back off the chart. I was surprised to find not one, but two homes sold this month after over 900 days on the market. Nope, not kidding. The number sold for half a month at 14 is pretty good and the average sales price is up a bit.
Come back tomorrow for the full July report.

Tammy, I like that you show readers the percentage of Sales Price to List Price. That helps buyers understand the market.
Good morning Tammy. Very well done report, very detailed and yet easy to understand, especially for anyone considering buying or selling.
Tammy, does the fact that two homes selling after over 900 days indicate a tightening inventory? Enjoy your day!
Tammy Lankford, I love the market report. It's amazing that houses sold after 900 days on the market.
Wayne Martin it does. we're still inventory heavy... nearly 10 months worth, but we were at 37 months at one point.
Sybil Campbell what amazes me most is they didn't change agents in all that time. Each had awful photos and would have likely sold sooner with better photos.
Sharon Parisi I enjoy letting people know our company average beats that.
Thanks Joe Petrowsky this is just a short snippit, I give a little more details in the full month.
