BOLO for Chip

One morning not too long ago when we'd treated out back fenced area for pests and kept out dogs out of that area for three days I didn't check to make sure the gate was closed and just opened the door and out bounded both my dogs.  That always puts me into a panic. So when I say we "never" let our dogs out without being in the fence or a leash, things happen all the time.

Going home last night my husband and I noticed this sign up. So please be on the lookout for Chip and if you spot him in the Possum Point area please call 478-456-5098 or 478-251-4462 and help Chip get home to his family.

Tammy-Hope Chip gets back home safely. That is an awful feeling when your pet is lost.

Tammy, I do not like it when people's pets get out and they are missing. It just breaks my heart. Thank you for posting this and helping to get the word out.  Prayers are that he makes it home safely.

Sharon Lee it is awful

Kathleen Daniels only a couple of times have mine been away from me for even a few minutes.  That last morning I went and started my car and opened the back door and the both came and bounded into the car like... "okay, we're going for a ride". LOL   Poor things I didn't take them anywhere, but back inside the fence after I closed the gate back, then inside the house after I washed their paws from tromping in the woods.  Our kids live inside and we have a large fenced area for them to run and once a day we go for a long walk with them both.

It's been a while so I hope Chip has returned.   Maybe when he does return, you can put a "chip in Chip" so you can instantly locate him online IF  there is another escape.   Please let us all know when he comes home safely Tammy Lankford .

Good morning Tammy. It is never fun to lose a pet. We lost a dog many years ago, we search for a long time. The crazy part was that he showed up over a year later, we have no clue where he was, but glad he came back home.

What does BOLO mean? I sure hope he comes back home safe and sound. I would be sick with worry if Wolfie got out.  No one would keep Wolfie though, he is spoiled rotten!
