Today I had accompanied one of my agents to a listing to offer advice to the sellers about what to do to make the property more likely to sell. And as happens from time to time I step out of my office and something happens and I need to be here/there.
Today it was a FedEx truck (a semi) making a delivery on the street beside my office. It's a small residential area that has some spot zoning for a business. Apparently when my new phone/cable and Internet lines were installed they were not hung high enough and today they were pulled down.
It actually tore soffit off the end of my building that still has to be repaired as well. But Charter was really great at getting out here and getting things accomplished in a timely manner. Within 4 hours all was fixed and I had services again. No... "we'll have that repaired by 8 p.m. this time next week" like I used to get from my old phone company that shall remain un-named.
Now a storm is about to blow in and I am supposed to be going to a ball game. Hmmm. I'll let you know how that turns out.
There was a period of time today between when our services going out and me getting tech support to forward the number to our cell. So if we missed a call from you today during that time then we apologize. Please give us a call back and we'll be happy to help you.
